What is your return policy?

Because each product is made to order just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. As a very small business, every piece is produced with intention, and returns would make it difficult to keep our prices accessible.

Make sure to check out the size chart for each item before making a purchase.

What are your shipping options?

Each order is made just for you! Fulfillment takes 3-5 business days, and shipping typically takes 3-6 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I update my shipping address, edit or cancel my order after I place it?

If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible at info@musesonspin.com.
Once an order enters production, modifications are usually not possible.

When will my order ship?

Fulfillment typically takes 3-5 business days. Your products are made just for you as soon as you order them.

Do you ship internationally?

We're working on it!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! On orders above $150.

Order Issues

My package says it was delivered, but it's not here

Don’t panic! Sometimes orders can be prematurely marked as delivered or might have been dropped off at a front desk or mailroom. If you still haven’t received your order by the end of the next business day, let us know at info@musesonpsin.

The product I ordered is damaged

How do I apply a discount code to my order?

You can add your promo code to your order on the checkout page, right where you enter your payment information. If you're on a computer, you’ll see a panel on the right side of the screen with a field that says "Enter Gift Card or Discount Code." If you're on your phone, click "see order details” at the top of your screen and enter your code in the discount code field.


Promotion and discount eligibility may vary by order type. When eligible, only one discount may be applied per order.
